"Today’s appointment was bitter sweet. My youngest got his braces off! Dr Leiss has managed 3 of my four children’s orthodontics and we have had the best experience with each one. "I wanted to thank Dr. Leiss and his amazing staff for their love & compassion, patience and honesty, taking care of my daughter, throughout this entire orthodontic experience. We originally went to another practice who wanted to extract 4 teeth and apply a device in her mouth, in addition to braces! Needless to say, I was not comfortable w this plan and went to see Dr. Leiss for a second opinion. Dr. Leiss was able to accomplish the desired results within the same time frame, lower cost and solely with conservative management (braces and rubber bands- no extractions necessary!!) We are so incredibly blessed & grateful for his honesty, his kindness, his training & professionalism! "I was just a little bunion when I went to Dr Leiss for my orthodontics. I had an ugly underbite like a bulldog which meant I needed to have one of those super attractive face masks as well braces. (I got them in purple, thank you very much) I believe he’s moved offices & now has some cool aquarium theme inside, but I went to old school Dr Leiss. Road right outside the window, PlayStation 1 in the waiting room, giant sticker-animal handouts, ah yes good times. Want a good review? It’s been 13 something years since I’ve last seen the man and I still remember what a cool dude he was, and how gentle and sweet he was with me. Who knows, maybe in 13 years your kiddos will remember him like me and go leave a review too. Unless he’s gone crazy, like me, in the past 13 years I give him 5 stars. :)"

"Cannot say enough! From the VERY first phone call we made to the office, throughout our daughter's 4 years of care, EVERYONE was kind, friendly and effecient. The place is hip and it has a cool open-flow of treatment area. Wait till you see the walls in the treatment area! Just super friendly, positive environment.Financials are explained from the very beginning and they are more than happy to help you through the reimbursement process every step of the way. Emergency visits are prompty addressed, wait in the waiting room was NEVER an issue, even at those hectic agter school hours. SO very glad we choose them and will more than happily return for our son's care down the road!My only complaint is that only the kids can pick a jumbo candy bar when their braces come off.....not the parents! "Leiss Orthodontics is outstanding in every way. My daughter just got a palate expander and braces a few days ago. She was having some discomfort and Dr. Leiss drove out in a snow storm to meet us to make sure everything was ok — and it was. The office staff is super friendly and the orthodontist assistants are amazing. The assistant who saw her wrote a personal, hand-written note to my daughter after getting braces and commented on an activity they discussed in the office. Simply an outstanding attention to detail. Their professionalism and patient-centered practice sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend Dr. Leiss."
"I could not be happier with the results I got from my treatment at Leiss Orthodontics. Dr. Leiss and his staff exceeded my expectations; my teeth look and feel great, and my bite is perfect for the first time in 53 years. Dr. Leiss developed a comprehensive treatment plan that included meeting with my dentist and oral surgeon personally, outside out the office, to discuss both my short and long-term goals, and the best plan for my dental health. "I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Leiss Orthodontics!RESULTS: Most importantly, I am thrilled with the final results. My smile is now amazing! The treatment plan was laid out very well and required me to commit to my part of the work in wearing my aligners and caring for my smile along the way but every bit was well worth it.DR. LEISS and STAFF: In my experience with Dr. Leiss and his staff, every visit was valuable, efficient and professional. While everyone was so nice, there wasn’t any time spent that felt like wasted time. I never even waited more than 5 or 6 minutes in his waiting room before they called me back for treatment, which I see as highly respecting my valuable time. In treatment, Dr. Leiss and his staff were thorough in explaining everything very well. I truly felt well cared for and that this office really cares that their clients are comfortable and that together, excellent results are achieved.INVESTMENT: While orthodontic work is expensive, Dr. Leiss sets up a very manageable payment plan that is interest free. Also, at the end of my initial treatment, there was a little tweak in my bite that Dr. Leiss recommended and offered to correct by continuing my treatment with another short set of aligners to make my smile even better. Without additional cost, I was in treatment for an additional 5 months so that the end result was PERFECT!CLIENTS: Dr. Leiss cares for the smiles of all ages. I am over 50 and felt completely comfortable in his office amongst mostly younger clients. Some of his staff also shared their adult experiences with Leiss Orthodontics so I felt I was at the right place."
"Dr. Leiss runs a first-class practice. As the mother of three "alumni" of his, I give him my highest endorsement. Both of his offices are clean, attractive, friendly, professional, and efficiently run. We rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen each time we visit. The standard of care my kids have received has been excellent; we are extremely pleased with their post-braces smiles and the follow-up care that's included in the (very reasonable) price. With each of our three kids, the number of months/years they were in braces was either exactly the same or slightly less than the time frame Dr. Leiss quoted us... another example of his exceptional skill and professional know-how. If you are looking for a top-notch orthodontist, I cannot recommend Dr. Leiss highly enough! There is a reason that his office's logo is a smile!! :D"

"I am extremely satisfied with the orthodontic work done by Dr. Leiss and his team.What started as a two- year, simple teeth- straightening procedure, turned into a complex process of teeth implants, crowns and veneers, that triggered a team work for Dr. Leiss (orthodontic work), Dr. Weiss (implat surgery), Dr. Sharf (esthetic dentistry work).The need of coordination among the doctors for the implants, crowns and veneers, (all done with the braces on, or off and back on), extended with one year the period that Dr. Leiss planned for my orthodontic process. During this extended process, Dr. Leiss and his team acted with professionalism, patience, warmth and care. "I mean it when I say five stars for Dr. Leiss and his staff.I am a 26 year old female so the idea of getting adult braces was not something I was terribly thrilled about. Dr. Leiss and his team made me feel comfortable and really walked me through all of my options. They broke down all the specifics for me and answered any questions I asked. He even broke down the financial aspect in a way that made me comfortable. It truly was a great experience. I am very grateful for the care and time he put into making sure I was taken care of each time I walked through the door. I highly recommend him."
"Our daughter has been under the care of Dr. Leiss for the past year and we have had an outstanding experience. (She is due to get her braces off this summer.) I would highly recommend Dr. Leiss. The overall practice is clean, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Leiss sees our daughter every time she comes into the office. He spends a lot of quality time talking with us and answering any questions. In addition, this is the most prompt Doctor's office I have ever been in! They take our daughter immediately upon our arrival and are finished on time or earlier! I appreciate greatly that Dr. Leiss values my time as much as I value his. We have had very little difficulty with the braces themselves and have not had one emergency visit. I attribute this to Dr. Leiss and his excellent care. Our daughter's teeth are dramatically different already and we cannot wait to see the final result. I would highly recommend this practice without reservation."
"We shopped around for a year and then we finally found Dr. Leiss. He was an answer to prayer. So many other orthos had a "3 step plan" which often included not one set of braces, but 2! I had braces when I was younger and I remember my ortho waiting until my mouth was ready and I only had one set. We were relieved to find a doctor that was conservative in his treatment approach as well as affordable. On a more personal level, Dr Leiss is man of integrity. He is gentle, kind, and reassuring. I have 10 children and four of them have undergone orthodontic treatment at his facility. I'm sure we will have more patients to bring his way and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. Another thing that has really blessed me is how punctual things run in his office. He definitely has a respect for other people's time. I can't tell you how many doctor's offices I have sat in for hours before they were able to see me. I would HIGHLY recommend his practice to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!"
"When I first walked into Dr. Leiss' office, I got this feeling of comfort. The front desk was very welcoming and the decor is kid oriented, however adults can enjoy it also. I am an adult who was in braces. I am in retention now and I can't speak more highly for Dr. Leiss and his staff. He is extremely personable and listened to all the concerns I had with my teeth. I love the fact the he is the only dr in the practice and His assistants are very knowledge on what they do, and they know exactly what the dr needs. The assistants are very thorough in the directions that they give and are great in answering questions. For being an adult in treatment, I was very hesitant, however, everyone made me feel great and I will defiantly be bringing my son here when or if he needs braces."
"I feel privileged to have known Dr Leiss for seven years. He is passionate about orthodontics and it shows in the quality of care all of his patients receive.We all have busy lives and fitting in yet another appointment every six weeks for our child or ourselves is not always an easy task. Dr. Leiss and his staff do everything possible to make their schedule work with ours. They have developed a schedule that works very efficiently according to the time needed at each appointment. Having long appointments in the morning and short appointments in the afternoon is a great way to meet most everyone’s needs.His front office staff is highly trained in all aspects of orthodontics so your questions are answered with ease. If for any reason they don’t have the answer, Dr. Leiss is always available. His open door policy is a large plus because we don’t necessarily find that in larger practices.The clinical staff has years of combined experience and most of the staff has been with Dr. Leiss since he began practicing orthodontics. It says a lot when staff members stay with a practice for many years. It not only shows how much respect they have for the doctor and his work but also the respect he shows towards his staff.Orthodontic treatment was once considered to be just for children. Well that has certainly changed over the years. There are still more children than adults in most orthodontic practices but having the mix of ages makes appointment times much more fun and interesting. Dr. Leiss and his staff always provide a comfortable environment for all ages.Since I have lived in various states and have had experience with three orthodontic practices I can honestly say that Dr. Leiss is right at the top of my list. Orthodontics is an investment and there’s no one more qualified to create your beautiful, healthy smile than Dr. Leiss."
"I have known Dr. Leiss for 9 years and spent the last year in treatment. His office is by far the most efficiently run medical office that I have been to. He and his staff are punctual for appointments, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Everything is explained in detail to both the parent and child before treatment begins. They cover the treatment plan, financial issues, and scheduling. At each appointment, if the patient is a child, either Dr Leiss or the assistant who worked on the child fills the parent in on what was done and what is to be expected in the next few days. I appreciate his honesty - I knew what to expect as treatment progressed. I know that scheduling medical appointments can sometimes be challenging. The front desk staff was amazing! They always tried to give us appointments after school/work if possible. The longer appointments are scheduled in the mornings and they tried to work around what would be convenient for me. Anytime an emergency appointment was needed (broken brackets etc) they fit us in as soon as their schedule would allow. I loved being in an office where only one orthodontist treated us- he knows everyone's name and is fully aware of the treatment for each person.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Leiss' office! He and his staff are extremely talented, very personable, and they keep up to date with all the advances in orthodontic treatment. As an adult in treatment, I never felt out of place in his office. Dr Leiss was always professional and made every patient feel important."
